If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Bachar Luxury as soon as possible. The ability to accommodate a cancellation request can depend on how far the order has progressed when the request is received.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled. Bachar Luxury must first determine the status of the transaction and whether the request can still be accommodated.

An order can move through several stages after it is placed. The earlier Bachar Luxury receives your request, the greater the opportunity to review it before fulfillment progresses.

Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be possible to treat the request as a cancellation. Any available next step would instead depend on the applicable return terms.

Once an order has entered shipment, stopping the transaction may no longer be possible. If the item has already shipped or been delivered, review the appropriate shipping and return information rather than assuming the order can still be cancelled.
