Where gift card redemption is available, use is subject to the specific terms, value and eligibility associated with the card or credit and the transaction in which it is being used.

If the purchase is being arranged directly with Bachar Luxury, tell us that you intend to use an applicable gift card or credit before completing payment.
Product Eligibility
Availability of a product does not automatically establish that every type of gift card, promotional credit or store credit can be used toward that product.
Transaction Requirements
Other requirements applicable to the purchase continue to apply even when a gift card or credit forms part of the transaction.

04 • PURCHASE VALUE
When the Purchase Price Differs
Luxury watch and jewelry prices can differ substantially. If an applicable gift card or credit does not cover the full transaction amount, any remaining payment requirements should be confirmed with Bachar Luxury before the transaction is completed.
Similarly, customers should not assume how any unused balance will be handled unless that treatment is stated in the terms associated with the particular gift card or credit.

Use of an applicable gift card does not replace the payment requirements associated with any remaining transaction amount.

07 • CASH REDEMPTION
Cash Value & Redemption
A gift card, store credit or promotional credit should not automatically be assumed to be redeemable for cash.
Where applicable law requires cash redemption or provides other rights relating to a particular balance, those legal requirements will apply.

Protect Your Gift Card Information
If a gift card, code or similar credit is issued, treat the associated information carefully. Avoid sharing redemption details with anyone who is not involved in the intended transaction.
If you believe gift card information has been lost, disclosed without authorization or used unexpectedly, contact Bachar Luxury promptly.
Whether value can be recovered, replaced or otherwise restored will depend on the circumstances, the applicable gift card terms and applicable law.
09 • TRANSFERS
Giving or Transferring a Gift Card
Whether a particular gift card or credit may be transferred to another person depends on the terms under which it was issued.
Customers should not sell, transfer or otherwise provide a gift card or credit to another person where the applicable terms prohibit that activity.
10 • GIFT CARDS VS. PROMOTIONS
Not Every Credit Is the Same
A purchased gift card, store credit and promotional credit may be subject to different rules. Customers should review the description of the specific offer they received.

12 • RETURNS & REFUNDS
Purchases Made Using Gift Value

Do not assume that a return will automatically result in cash reimbursement or a particular form of credit.
13 • CANCELLATIONS
Gift Card Use Does Not Change

If you wish to cancel an order that involved a gift card or credit, contact Bachar Luxury as soon as possible. Whether cancellation can be accommodated depends on the status and terms of the individual transaction.
A cancellation request should not be treated as confirmed until Bachar Luxury has communicated the outcome.
14 • MISUSE
Unauthorized or Improper Use
Gift cards, credits or promotional values must not be used in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Where Bachar Luxury reasonably identifies a concern involving suspected misuse, the transaction or applicable value may require review before further processing, subject to applicable law.
15 • PRODUCT POLICIES
The Product Terms Still Apply
Using a gift card or credit does not alter the condition, authenticity, warranty, shipping or other terms applicable to the product being purchased.

Bachar Luxury may update these general Gift Card Terms & Conditions as its website, promotions, gift card offerings or applicable requirements change. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
